This complex holds a Tier IV Gold certification from the Uptime Institute, guaranteeing continuous 24/7 operation with redundant power, cooling, and security systems. This ensures maximum availability and resilience against any contingency. Bovis led the comprehensive preconstruction and construction management, coordinating the work of multiple technical disciplines and ensuring compliance with the most demanding international standards for critical infrastructure. # Key achievements and scope of work: 230 kV high-voltage substation. Data Halls 1 and 2, with a capacity of 1.5 MW each. 14 high-capacity emergency diesel generators.
