Equinix
Data Center
General contractor for the strategic expansion of data centers in Queretaro.
Bovis acted as the General Contractor in the strategic development of two data centers in Queretaro for Equinix.
This project consolidates Equinix's technological infrastructure in the region, guaranteeing operational continuity, energy efficiency, and security in mission-critical environments.
This project consolidates Equinix's technological infrastructure in the region, guaranteeing operational continuity, energy efficiency, and security in mission-critical environments.
The first scope of the project consisted of the fit-out fit-out of three data halls (DH10, DH11, and DH12) within a fully operational building. We successfully increased electrical power and technological density without affecting service continuity (zero operational disruption).
The execution included the installation of advanced mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
Key achievements and scope of work:
Integration of high-precision fire protection systems specifically designed for data halls.
Implementation of rooftop chiller units for critical thermal control.
Level 5 Commissioning successfully achieved within a three-month period.
Complete fit-out of data halls with high-density infrastructure.
With this project, we reaffirm our leadership in the construction of mission-critical technological infrastructure. We operate with precision in active environments, guaranteeing compliance with the highest international standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
