# Koral Center
# Comprehensive construction management for a mixed-use development in San Jose del Cabo.
As the Construction Manager, Bovis participated in the preconstruction and construction phases of the Koral Center, an innovative development by Inmobiliaria Punta San Jose located in San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur.
This complex integrates a hotel, a hospital, a retail area, and corporate spaces, establishing itself as a regional benchmark for its comprehensive design, operational efficiency, and high urban value.
During the preconstruction phase, Bovis coordinated the design, cost estimation, and scheduling to ensure efficient and high-performance results.
In the construction stage, we implemented procurement strategies, quality control, and on-site administration to guarantee a flawless execution.
Key achievements and scope of work:
Construction of a 101-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel.
Development of a hospital featuring 40 beds and 21 medical offices.
Execution of a retail plaza with 25 commercial spaces and two anchor stores.
Total built area: 35,200 sqm.
