As part of its ambitious logistics expansion plan, Mercado Libre entrusted Bovis with the management of its new distribution centers (CEDIS) at strategic locations across the country.
We played a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery at every stage of the project, leveraging our expertise in construction supervision and the technical coordination of strategic suppliers.

Comprehensive supervision, from earthworks to the installation of specialized equipment.
Management and verification of contracts with suppliers for racking and wire-guided systems.
Supervision of civil works, electromechanical installations (MEP), and high-quality finishes.
Implementation of agile management and control methodologies to ensure project efficiency.
