# Sheraton María Isabel Hotel
# Preconstruction and construction management for the comprehensive renovation of a hospitality icon in Mexico City.
We led the complete renovation of the guest rooms and common areas of the iconic Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel in Mexico City.
The project included the comprehensive modernization of interiors, electrical installations, and furniture, executed under strict international standards and without interrupting the hotel's daily operations (zero operational disruption)
The project's scope encompassed the complete update of the Reforma tower, ensuring functionality, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics in line with the global identity of the Marriott International brand.
# Key achievements and scope of work:
Modernization of signage, corridors, and circulation areas.
Complete replacement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), as well as interior finishes including wall coverings, carpets, and millwork.
Upgrades to electrical systems and architectural lighting.
Implementation of procurement, logistics, and on-site administration strategies.
×
Thanks to Bovis' detailed planning and collaborative approach, the Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel solidified its position as one of the most emblematic and modern hotels in Mexico City, maintaining its historic prestige while adapting to the demands of the international hospitality market.
