Project management for the development of a sustainable, next-generation university campus. generación.
The Universidad Panamericana Master Plan
The Master Plan for the Universidad Panamericana (UP), Campus Bosque Real, represents a strategic collaboration to design and build a state-of-the-art campus between Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
Bovis led the Project Management, from conceptualization and stakeholder coordination to the supervision of the initial construction phases, consolidating a sustainable, flexible development geared toward academic growth.
The design, led by Sasaki in collaboration with UP's management, integrates an orthogonal urban grid centered around a main plaza and a pedestrian promenade. This layout fosters interdisciplinary interaction and ensures the feasibility of phased future expansion.
Key achievements and scope of work:
Site area of approximately 39.6 hectares (nearly 98 acres) with an estimated capacity for over 10,000 students.
Long-term growth vision development, targeting up to 400,000 sqm (over 4.3 million sq. ft.) of built area.
Establishment of modular expansion and sustainability criteria.
Alignment of the project with the institution's goals for academic excellence and environmental quality.
A strategic partner in educational projects
The UP Master Plan establishes a model for a sustainable, flexible, and forward-looking campus, solidifying Bovis as a strategic partner for large-scale educational infrastructure projects.
This development redefines modern university planning in Mexico and Latin America.
