At Bovis Project Management, S.A. de C.V., formerly Lend Lease MX, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Bovis"), we recognize the importance of the Personal Data provided to us by our clients, suppliers, and any individual or entity that maintains a legal or business relationship with our company.
In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), we hereby inform you that the party responsible for the collection, disclosure, storage, use, access, management, exploitation, transfer, or disposal of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "Processing") is "Bovis," with its business address located at Av. Paseo de la Reforma No. 509, 15th Floor, Colonia Cuauhtémoc, Cuauhtémoc Borough, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, Mexico, provided that it can be demonstrated that "Bovis," through its employees, representatives, agents, or attorneys-in-fact, collected the corresponding Personal Data.
"Bovis" uses Personal Data solely for the operation of its day-to-day activities and purposes contemplated within its corporate purpose. Only on an exceptional basis may such information be used by "Bovis" to provide or offer services directly or through any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, associated companies, or commissioned representatives, as well as to occasionally send advertising materials of any kind related to the company’s primary or ancillary activities.
It is important to note that "Bovis" may transfer the Personal Data collected in the course of its operations to the following persons and/or entities, provided that such persons and/or entities maintain strict confidentiality regarding the information provided and comply at all times with the obligations set forth in this Privacy Notice:
Affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or controlled entities of "Bovis" in Mexico or abroad.
Third-party service providers for the fulfillment of legal, accounting, regulatory, or contractual obligations of "Bovis" or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or controlled entities in Mexico or abroad.
Third parties for marketing, information technology, operations, administration, commercialization, and other analogous and lawful purposes.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your Personal Data (ARCO Rights), provided that exercising such rights does not prevent the fulfillment or execution of the legal relationship that gave rise to the collection of your Personal Data. Likewise, under the same terms, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for specific purposes or to revoke your consent regarding such processing.
For the aforementioned purposes and in order to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection under this Privacy Notice and the Law, or to limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data, you may submit a written request regarding the specific matter of your interest to the address indicated above. In such case, we kindly request that you obtain confirmation of receipt to ensure proper delivery.
Additionally, within fifteen (15) days following receipt of a response from our Personal Data Protection Department, you have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), or to initiate the same procedure if you do not receive a response from us within twenty (20) days following receipt of your request.
"Bovis" reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time to address, adapt to, and comply with applicable legal amendments, internal policies, or new requirements related to the provision or offering of our services or products. Any such modifications will be made available through our website at www.bovis.mx. For your security, we encourage you to review this Privacy Notice periodically on our website.
