The challenge
Bovis, through its multisite division, provided Project Management services in the new distribution centers of Mercado Libre in Guadalajara, Mérida and the State of Mexico; we supported the client in the verification of contracts with their suppliers of racks, forklifts, and the supervision of the construction processes (earthworks, foundations, structure, concrete and installations), confirming the quality, execution times, safety and work program, to ensure the processes executed by the developer of the building.

Mercado Libre, being a technology company, came to us as experts and construction consultants, enriching its construction team in the areas of installations, civil construction and site supervision, creating robust teams for its new CEDIS in various regions, contributing to improve their logistics system throughout the country.
