Located in the heart of Paseo de la Reforma, the Chapultepec Uno Tower redefines the Mexico City skyline as a mixed-use building that merges luxury, technology, and avant-garde architectural design.

Bovis participated as the General Contractor in the execution of this 98,303 sqm (over 1,000,000 sq. ft.) project, maintaining quality, precision, and compliance at every stage of the construction process.
Chapultepec Uno integrates world-class corporate, residential, and hospitality spaces, including the exclusive The Ritz-Carlton Residences and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The building stands out for its  precision engineering, energy efficiency, and an automated parking system that represents a milestone in Mexico.

 

Key achievements and scope of work:


Execution of 153 hotel rooms with luxury finishes and panoramic terraces.
Implementation of energy efficiency systems under LEED Gold certification standards.
Development of an automated robotic parking system with a capacity for 767 vehicles, operated by 42 robots.
Class A+ office spaces from levels 15 to 35, featuring open floor plans for maximum flexibility.
