Construction Management of the GS Data Center in Mexico
Bovis led the Construction Management of the GS Data Center in Mexico, an ambitious technological campus located in Queretaro, designed under Tier IV standards and conceived to consolidate Mexico's digital infrastructure.

This project spans over 103,000 sqm and integrates data halls, corporate offices, and high-performance support areas.
Bovis's participation included  comprehensive coordination: from the design phase to the execution of the construction. In this way, we guaranteed compliance with the highest safety, efficiency, and operational continuity standards inherent to Tier IV data centers.
 
Key achievements and scope of work:

Construction Management of Phase 1, covering 18,329 sqm of building area.
Construction of the first Data Hall (DH123), featuring three data rooms of 879 sqm each.
Installation of a receiving station (E-house) and specialized electrical systems.
Planning and design of Phase 2, which includes a second data center (DH456).
Contributing to strengthening Mexico's digital and energy infrastructur
