Bovis led the Project Management during the preconstruction and construction phases of the Hampton Inn & Suites Mexico City Historic Center.
This project required the comprehensive renovation of a highly valuable heritage building, protected by Mexico's National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) and the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA).

Addition of two new floors while preserving the original colonial style.

Preservation of heritage elements: facade, talavera tiles, ironwork, moldings, and original woodwork.
