Punto Sao Paulo is an architectural landmark in Guadalajara and one of the first high-rise mixed-use developments in the city.

Bovis led the Project Management: from preconstruction to execution,  maintaining high levels of quality, efficiency, and compliance at every stage.

The complex seamlessly combines an office tower, an NH Hotel, and a retail area with recreational spaces, integrating functionality, modernity, and avant-garde design.
The project required multidisciplinary coordination among architects, contractors, and hotel operators. 

Thanks to Bovis's leadership, the development was delivered on time and within budget,  establishing itself as a model of construction efficiency.

 

Key achievements and scope of work:

25-story office tower with typical floor plates of 938 sqm (approx. 10,000 sq. ft.).
14-story NH Hotel featuring 137 guest rooms and premium amenities.
13,500 sqm (145,000 sq. ft.) retail area with restaurants, cinemas, and shops.
Total built area: 94,500 sqm (approx. 1,000,000 sq. ft.).
