The project included the comprehensive modernization of interiors, electrical installations, and furniture, executed under strict international standards and without interrupting the hotel's daily operations (zero operational disruption)

The project's scope encompassed the complete update of the Reforma tower, ensuring functionality, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics in line with the global identity of the Marriott International brand.
Key achievements and scope of work:
Modernization of signage, corridors, and circulation areas.
Complete replacement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), as well as interior finishes including wall coverings, carpets, and millwork.
Upgrades to electrical systems and architectural lighting.
Implementation of procurement, logistics, and on-site administration strategies.
